The Allen Township Board of Trustees held their regular monthly meeting. After an executive session, the trustees voted to accept a partial settlement agreement in ongoing litigation. They took questions from the public on the decision, and then voted to modify the zoning map to amend the area of industrial zoning along the north east end of the township.
The Allen Township Board of Trustees, along with members of the Allen Township Zoning Commission, held a public hearing on the proposed Allen Township zoning resolution. They answered questions from the community, and then passed a motion to take all community input into consideration to make a decision at the next township trustee meeting.
